Each being gave birth to live their Heart Song. It’s what you came here to do and it’s what will bring you the greatest joy. Heart songs are never about becoming the greatest doctor, lawyer or astronaut. It’s never about fame, fortune or profession. It’s usually something like giving birth to dance like no one is watching and sing like no one is listening. How you choose to express this is where the soul’s intention intersects with the family of origin and the mind of limitation.
Your physical health, wellbeing and happiness are in direct correlation to how much of your Heart Song you are actually living. All of your organs and chakras were designed to express your Heart Song.
The crown chakra is about being open to receive your soul’s intention free of dogmas, religion and limitations. The 6th chakra is about clearly seeing, knowing and holding that vision without being influenced by the beliefs of your family. The truth (5th) chakra is about feeling comfortable to express your innate truth to those closest to you. The heart (4th) chakra is responsible for circulating your joy throughout your entire body in perfect balance. Your Heart Song is your joy. Your solar plexus (3rd) chakra is about fully accepting your creative gifts and expressing them out into the world. Your sacral (2nd) chakra is where you nurture your dreams and visions from the 6th chakra. The root (1st) chakra is about feeling safe to step out into the world and BE all that you know you really are.
If any one of these chakras holds traumas, doubts, fears, dogmas or unaligned belief systems created by religions, family, teachers, society or peers that stop you from expressing your heart song you will experience congestions, pain or disease in the corresponding areas of the body. Your body was designed to live your greatest joy for optimum vitality. It doesn’t need to be your profession but it does need to be expressed enough.
The heart is where your Heart Song lives and directly behind the heart is the lungs. The lungs is where you hold your greatest suffering. Just like the Yin/Yang symbol of dark and light in direct opposition, the heart and lungs reflect the same. Your greatest suffering will be your biggest obstacle to achieve your Heart Song. This is why they call this planet “earth school”. Once your greatest suffering is mastered, which is your earth walk, living your Heart Song will be effortless.
